The pace is completely in your hands as you build systematically through each activity, gathering vital insights and deepening understanding as you go.

The 3 Phases

1. CLARITY: This is all about YOU. 

You’ll explore your strengths, values, achievements, purpose and what drives you. Using the Quickstep profile sheet, you'll record everything you discover about yourself to use in the next phase.

2. DIRECTION: This is dream time! 

You’ll be guided to generate a wide range of career ideas to explore against your CLARITY findings. Using imagination and encouraged to dream big, you’ll explore ideas you’ve never allowed yourself to take seriously before. With the clarity encapsulated in your profile, you'll then be ready to choose one option to take into the planning stage.

3. ACTION: Here, you'll work on your new idea and create a career-change plan that is both ambitious and practical. By creating a compelling vision of your new direction, and focusing on reasons your idea is likely to succeed, you'll then be in the right frame of mind to identify gaps, problems and other aspects of your context that will need some work. This is the bridge-building phase when you get thoroughly grounded in your reality and create a plan to tackle each potential barrier so that you can move you into an inspiring future. 

The Final step is called Claiming My Future - your final commitment to making this reality.
